Professional QA support for your product

The program is open to Georgian startups with a product developed enough to test. Your product does not need to be publicly released, but its agreed features and user journeys must be accessible and functional enough for meaningful testing. Your team should be ready to provide a defined testing scope, the necessary access, and a contact person who can answer questions and help resolve blockers. Submitting an application does not automatically confirm participation. We first review your product’s readiness and whether its needs fit the pilot.

Get a clearer picture of your product’s quality, the issues affecting your users, and where to focus improvements. Your QA cycle covers selected features and user journeys within an agreed scope. You receive clear, actionable bug reports reviewed by GenofIT’s QA lead, with reproduction steps, expected and actual results, supporting evidence, and severity and priority assessments. Alongside the findings, you receive practical recommendations to help improve usability, address quality risks, and prioritize your team’s next steps. The cycle concludes with a final QA summary and a review session with your contact person, so your team understands the findings and how to act on them.

Each startup receives 10 days of active testing, followed by professional review, final reporting, and handover. The full cycle takes approximately two weeks. Before testing begins, we agree on the scope, environment, access, schedule, and expected deliverables. The start date depends on completing this preparation.

Your application should explain what your product does, who uses it, and what you want us to test. Before the cycle starts, you will need to provide a Scope document covering the relevant features, user journeys, goals, priorities, exclusions, and expected outcomes. We will also agree on the testing environment, build or version, supported devices, test accounts, test data, permitted actions, and the platform for receiving reports. Credentials and sensitive access details should be shared through an agreed secure process.

GenofIT’s QA lead plans and supervises the testing work, reviews bug reports, gives feedback to participants, and approves the final deliverables. The technical mentor supports technical questions and helps resolve environment or access blockers. Junior participants contribute under this supervision; GenofIT remains responsible for the client delivery.

Each company can receive one free QA cycle. Additional cycles or continued collaboration may be discussed under paid commercial terms.

Testing provides findings within the agreed scope, available environment, and allocated time. It helps identify issues and inform product decisions, but does not guarantee that every defect will be discovered or that the product is defect-free. Fixing reported issues and making release decisions remain the startup’s responsibility
