Overview
Mobile apps fail in ways websites don't: different devices and OS versions, gestures, interruptions, and unreliable networks.
This course teaches you to plan and run testing for iOS and Android apps, from choosing which devices to cover to the checks before an app store release.
Lectures are in Georgian.
You learn when each is enough and how to cover many devices without testing every one.
Gestures, rotation, notifications, interruptions, and poor connections, tested systematically.
The checks app teams run before submitting to the App Store and Google Play.
Curriculum
The course covers what makes mobile testing different, from choosing devices to the checks before an app store release.
Part 01
iOS and Android differences, native and hybrid apps, and how mobile releases work.
Part 02
Choosing a device matrix and testing on emulators, simulators, and real phones.
Part 03
Gestures, rotation, interruptions, permissions, and poor network conditions.
Part 04
Store guidelines, pre-release checklists, and reporting device-specific bugs.
Hands-on with:
Capstone
The course ends with a capstone where you test a mobile app on iOS and Android: device and OS coverage, gestures, network conditions, and release checks, documented in a complete test report.
Completing the capstone is required to receive your GenofIT certificate.
